Questions about the Corporation of CANADA

I had this sent to me on Facebook, and I thought I might spread the love, so to speak. This illustrates the power of good people coming together to form a community, or a society. If you do not understand this report-fear not, The Mikiverse will disseminate this important information in the interests of freedom, community and egalitarianism. Why would such a petition be sent to a Minister of Finance? Because 'the magnificent deception' is directly under the stewardship of the Minister of Finance.

Who else knows? the Prime-Minister (P.M), the Deputy P.M, The Attorney-General, The Minister of Finance at an absolute minimum.

To use an Australian context, new ministers such as Peter Garrett and Maxine McKew would not know anything at all. Their denials are plausible because they speak what they believe to be true.

That is quite technical information, so do not be too concerned if you not understand what has been written above. What it is, is information relating to a corporate entity registering itself with a U.C.C body in order to do business. The big problem here is that the above relates to a corporation called "CANADA". This isn't a Canadian problem-it exists in Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the United States. And, for those of you who are doubting what you have just read should check out the documentation below regarding the corporation called "AUSTRALIA"

Notice the fact that both were lodged from their Embassies? Why is it, that both CANADA and AUSTRALIA are members of the British Empire/Commonwealth, yet they registering as a corporation in Washington D.C? How about the spelling of both Canada, and Australia in all capitals? This means that the government has capitalized its name with the aim of capitalizing on its people. The government is using the artificial person to trick us into giving up our higher status.

"2. Who is the President, Vice-President, Director, Board of Directors, and Shareholders?

3. What role are the Canadian people playing as to, are we shareholders, and if so, what are the shares worth?"

The President is the Prime-Minister, the Vice-President is the deputy, the Board of Directors are selected Ministers, and we the people, are the shareholders. Or, at least we should be the shareholders. It is possible, that the company charter has placed different people in the role of shareholders. Part of the reason of this petition, is to establish the actual-as opposed to the perceived-answer to the question of who is a shareholder in this corporation.

"4. Statements have been made by individuals as to governments using our Birth Certificates, registering all of us through bonds, listing us as being "debts" to this corporation due to governments borrowing money on our names. Is this a fact?

5. Where the name "Canada" is an American Corporation, what rights does this entity have over creating laws, taxes, acts, statutes etc. over people of this Nation?

7. People state we are being "entrapped" through this corporate system through the Birth Certificates, and if so, why are we not notified about this? I for one, can tell you our parents were not informed, nor were we, about this registration system being used as creating a "debt" for this corporation, which we are made to "pay back" through taxes.

10. Canadian Citizens have been hearing within the news media, books, and the world wide web that Corporation Canada, USA, and Mexico are forming the "North American Union." Is this a fact? If so, this explains as to why the people have had no say, for Canada being a corporation, gives no person any vote on this, due to all decisions made by "Board Members only!" Why is this "Corporate merger" being kept hidden from the people?"

Is the corporation an American Corporation? Or, is it a part of the U.C.C (Universal Commercial Code)? Are we a subsidiary of the larger corporation? What has the U.N and the World Bank got to do with it?

"It is being developed by pharmaceutical companies and will be given to about 13million people during the first wave of immunisation, expected to start in October. Top priority will be given to everyone aged six months to 65 with an underlying health problem, pregnant women and health professionals."

Is this another example of governments placing the interests of multi-national companies ahead of the people they are sworn to serve?

"Shadow health spokesman Mike Penning said last night: 'The last thing we want is secret letters handed around experts within the NHS. We need a vaccine but we also need to know about potential risks. 'Our job is to make sure that the public knows what's going on. Why is the Government not being open about this? It's also very worrying if GPs, who will be administering the vaccine, aren't being warned.'"

Is this politician for real, or is he simply looking to score some political points? Would he, in government be taking the same action that he is decrying?

"But vaccine experts warned that the letters proved the programme was a 'guinea-pig trial'. Dr Tom Jefferson, co-ordinator of the vaccines section of the influential Cochrane Collaboration, an independent group that reviews research, said: 'New vaccines never behave in the way you expect them to. It may be that there is a link to GBS, which is certainly not something I would wish on anybody. 'But it could end up being anything because one of the additives in one of the vaccines is a substance called squalene, and none of the studies we've extracted have any research on it at all.' He said squalene, a naturally occurring enzyme, could potentially cause so-far-undiscovered side effects."

Would like to be involved in a guinea-pig trial without your knowledge? How often does this occur?

"The UK's medicines watchdog, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, is already monitoring reported side effects from Tamiflu and Relenza and it is set to extend that surveillance to the vaccine."

In Australia, there are reports of the mentally ill being administered Tamiflu. What risks are associated with Tamiflu? Why does the U.K's medical watchdog need to monitor the side effects of this drug? Why is this drug being administered to people in Australia who have an impaired ability to make reasoned choices for themselves? And, what about the rest of our population? Who else is being prescribed Tamiflu and what are the side-effects?

"A Department of Health spokesperson said: 'The European Medicines Agency has strict processes in place for licensing pandemic vaccines."

Why is an agency for the European Union/United Nations offering a licence for vaccines? What does an applicant pay for their licence? Does the business side of the European Medicines Agency (E.M.A) soil its ability to be independent? Does the E.M.A accept payment from Pharmaceutical companies? And why does England not do any of her own testing?

"'It is extremely irresponsible to suggest that the UK would use a vaccine without careful consideration of safety issues. The UK has one of the most successful immunisation programmes in the world.'"

What precisely constitutes a "successful immunisation programme"? The Daily Mail in a previous article stated; "The European Medicines Agency is expected to license vaccines being developed by the GSK and Baxter companies in late September or early October, days before the vaccination programme is due to commence in the UK" Therefore, the Department of Health spokesman is lying.

"Confidential NHS staff records and disciplinary complaints could be accessed by hundreds of workers manning the Government's special swine flu hotline. They were able to browse through a database of emails containing doctors' and nurses' National Insurance numbers, home addresses, dates of birth, mobile phone numbers and scanned passport pages – all details that could be used fraudulently."
"A spokeswoman for NHS Professionals would not confirm whether access to the confidential files had been granted."

If this is wrong, then why not say so? Just like the American government's refusal to release the visual footage of the so-called plane hitting the Pentagon during the 9/11 inside job-this raises the appearance of guilt.

NEWS LTD TABLOID STAFF ARRESTED IN AUSTRALIAN TERRORIST PLOT

Remember that so-called terrorist plot in Melbourne that may have been an inside job designed to push through anti-Australian terrorist legislation?

Well, it turns out that foreign-owned corporation News Ltd, might be guilty of trying to induce a public panic-simply to boost flagging sales.

It is well known that the print media is in worldwide decline; it started with the internet's ability to give us up to date news and information, coupled with independent news networks such as The Mikiverse's ability to deliver truthful, intelligent news, analysis and coverage, free of the stain of editorial limitations.

This is why the tabloid rags moved into gossipy entertainment coverage.

Here is the full effectiveness of suspected terrorist, John Howard's so-called anti-terrorist legislation. Is this why we have such Draconian legislation? To prevent tabloid staff from orchestrating stories for their toe rags?

Or is this a set up; a tale of government collusion with big business-otherwise known as corporatism, or fascism-to maintain the status quo of fear in the Australian population that has been carefully stoked by both governments since the 9/11 inside job in September 2001.

John Howard was never questioned about his role in these attacks on our freedom by the American government.

Was his silence and complicity the real reason why unelected U.S president George W. Bush went to such lengths to demonstrate his affection for the man so hated by Australian's, that his own electorate chose a journalist to replace him as their local M.P?

John Howard's de-throning was the most popular sacking of an underperforming politician since the horrifying Jeff Kennett's dismissal in 1999.

"They are due to appear in Liverpool Local Court on September 25, but the alleged incident will inevitably bring to new focus to the levels of security at Australia's military bases."

Here we can see that ex-Australian Rupert Murdoch's corporation is going to promulgate the contention that it was the military base's fault for letting them in; this is the same excuse produced by the English tabloids when they pull stunts like applying for jobs at Buckingham Palace to 'reveal' flaws in Royal security.

FOREIGN OWNED HERALD SUN RUNS HIT PIECE ON CAR REGISTRATION

"BAR codes and computer chips could replace vehicle registrations in Victoria one day under a dramatic rethink of number plate designs."

The Mikiverse understands that there is a chip implanted within the tax registration sticker that you choose to place on your car window. Also, there are chips implanted in your air bags.

"The three-letter, three-digit number plates, introduced in 1977, have worked their way through to XXX-000 and are expected to revert to AAA-000 in the next 12 months, sparking calls for a new style of plate for the Garden State."

Calls by whom and for what reason? There is no law that requires any one to have a number, or a tax plate on their car. Can we presume that these calls are being made by a nefarious party that doesn't have our best interests at heart?

"Austroads, the association of Australian and New Zealand traffic authorities, was reported to be investigating embedding identification chips in cars"

Who are these traffic authorities? Can't be Vic Roads-they are an agency of a state government. Governments are our SERVANTS and agencies are subserviant to them, thereby precluding them from being in a position to give orders or make decisions, as per one of the definitions of the word 'authorities'. The other meaning, of course is to be an acknowledged expert, and I am rather dubious of any claims put forward that the agency, or the corporation known as Roads Corporation.

What has the RACV got to do with anything? Why no mention of the fact that you only need to register your motor vehicle, if you decide to apply for a licence?

Is this part of the process of adjusting the public to the invasive practices of the Orwellian Communist-Fascist State that has crept up around us?

CEC censored for calling it genocide

In the days leading up to the anti Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS) rally in Canberra, the Citizens Electoral Council organised for one of their representatives to address the rally in front of Parliament House. The request was approved, on the condition that we not address the most crucial implications of the CPRS policy—that it will cause genocide.

It has been the firm position of the CEC since even before April of 2007, that the Global Warming fraud has been pushed by strong financial and political interests globally as a means of bringing about massive population reduction worldwide, especially targeting the developing nations of the world. This would be accomplished, as some of these genocidalists have said, by bringing about a collapse in industry and development. It was not hard for us to draw this conclusion, as those responsible for pushing the fraud of Global Warming say it themselves, in their own words. (see below)

However, owing to the fear of “controversy” and the fear of creating bad “media perception”, by stating these obvious facts of the matter, the organisers of this event requested to us, “tone down your views”.

Our obvious response was simply: we have a moral obligation to tell the truth, and we will do so. To not say what one thinks, and to avoid being honest and direct, is dishonest. When a policy of the Australian Government has such devastating consequences, as the CPRS “cap and trade” does, it is the job of responsible citizens to say that this policy is being pushed with genocidal intent. This is precisely what we should be saying.

Following is the prepared speech that was censored at yesterday’s rally:

Hello everyone, my name is Glen Isherwood; I am up here from Melbourne. I am one of several representatives here today with the Citizens Electoral Council.

Look, we all know that the so-called ‘science’ behind ‘global warming’ is a whole lot of bull. We also know that these schemes will devastate what little remains of our agriculture and industry, both here in Australia and worldwide. So, that puts one single question square on the table: "Why?!" Why are those very powerful financial and political forces pushing this fraud, ramming it down everyone’s throats?

In fighting a war, if you try to fight single battles, each one at a time on its own, without any understanding of the enemy’s overall strategy for fighting the war as a whole, you will lose. I would now like to use the next minutes to begin to answer that question, "Why?!" I am going to quote to you, the plans behind this fraudulent push of Global Warming, in the enemy’s own words:

So, in fighting a war, don’t try to nibble at your enemy’s toes, attack the enemy’s intention: These guys are pushing to collapse industry, denying economic development. This policy is genocide, and some of them know it, as you see from their own mouths, and some are just too stupid to realise it.

Many people around the place today, would prefer that what I say here today is never said, that nobody ever says this. But, the truth is, these policies, being forced on a world of 6.8 billion people, will mean unbelievable genocide, and the moral question for us is, do we want to go along with that?!

Phelps faces court over driving charge

MICHAEL Phelps faces court after being cited with driving without a licence and failure to establish residency in the US state of Maryland.

Baltimore police say Olympic gold medalist was in a car accident yesterday, but it wasn't his fault.

However, Phelps will be penalised for presenting an expired Michigan driver's licence.

Baltimore Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said the driver of the other car, Amanda Virkus, will be cited for failure to obey a red light and causing an accident.

Those citations carry a maximum penalty of a $US180 ($A213) fine and three points on a driver's licence.

Phelps lived in Michigan between the 2004 and 2008 Olympics. He moved back last year to his native Maryland.

UNTESTED SWINE FLU ‘VACCINATION’ BEING OFFERED TO INFANTS UNDER 3

Isn't it interesting that there is a fast tracking process, but inadequate testing procedures, Is this a case of wanting to appear to be doing something, whilst actually doing as little as possible?

Does this constitute proof that the European Union-and the self interested European Union Agencies-have little or no care for the welfare of individual nation states? How much does it cost multi-national corporations to 'convince' Agencies to license a vaccine before it has been tested in an area?

"Professor David Salisbury, the Government's director of immunisation, said it was vital that at-risk groups should be protected as soon as possible. He claimed the benefit of giving it to under-threes was 'strong' because young children in at-risk groups had serious conditions which would be made 'much worse' if they got the flu."

Precisely which human beings would benefit, or remain in the same condition if they got the flu? Why is he stating the obvious? Is this because there is actually no reason to introduce vaccinations? Is this another case of an employee of a self-interested-Government-agency putting the agency needs ahead of the public they are serving? What would happen to his job, if we closed this largely irrelevant self-serving-agency down?

Dr Steve Field, chairman of the Royal College of General Practitioners, said he did not have concerns about the lack of testing in young children. 'If I'm faced by a parent with a child under three who has serious underlying health problems, I don't think there is a dilemma because swine flu could be a serious threat to the child. 'I have spoken to the Chief Medical Officer and I do not believe he would do anything to compromise the safety of any patient. I would give the jabs to my children.'

How seriously, should we be taking the word of a man, who accepts a superior's word ahead of no infant testing whatsoever? Would he really give 'the jabs' to his children?

But Dr Halvorsen, author of The Truth About Vaccines, questioned whether sufficient testing would have been completed before Britons were asked to have the jabs in a two-stage process. He said: 'The testing is being rushed through faster than any vaccine testing programme in history, yet it's not long enough to really see whether it's safe and effective.

Why the haste? Are the lives of innocent people being put at risk because multi-national companies want to increase their profits? Is the corporation known as "GREAT BRITAIN", or "ENGLAND", involved in a financial relationship with either, or both multi-national companies? Does the aforementioned corporation own stock in these multi-national companies? Would the English government/agency intentionally endanger the life of children for profit?

"'Do we really need a mass vaccination programme for an illness which is relatively mild in most people and has caused fewer deaths than seasonal flu?'"

Is this the REAL reason why Dr. Field is so apparently willing to 'give a jab' to his own children? If the illness is less harmful than the common cold, then why the push for a mass vaccination programme? What does the government really want?

The National Flu Pandemic Service is being dramatically scaled back for the time being as the number of cases recedes. But Chief Medical Officer Sir Liam Donaldson said a second surge was expected in the autumn and it was vital to vaccinate the vulnerable."

Why is it so vital to mass vaccinate the public if this swine flu is safer than the common cold? WHY ARE THE EOROPEAN UNION USING INFANTS AND THE 'VULNERABLE' AS A SMOKE SCREEN? IS THIS A SALAMI SLICE TACTIC?

IS THIS A PART OF THE UNITED NATION PLAN FOR A ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT?

SHOULD THIS SERVE AS A WARNING TO CANADIAN'S AMERICAN'S AND MEXICAN'S AGAINST FORMING A NORTH AMERICAN UNION?

THE AGE FRAUDELENTLY ATTACKS AUSTRALIAN CIVIL RIGHTS GROUP

This is an article printed in The Age newspaper in Melbourne back in 2004. This article unfairly maligns Peter Olney and important civil liberties group UPMART. Interestingly there was no follow up story from The Age when Peter won on appeal in the County Court in 2005.

Registration scheme bogus

The State Government and VicRoads have warned Victorians about a civil liberties group offering motorists lifetime vehicle registration for $500 and issuing illegal number plates.

The group, which claims to have 3500 Australian members, is known as the United People Movement Against Road Tolls.

UPMART's website offers the chance to "claim a lawful exemption from paying road tolls" under a scheme dubbed Common Law Vehicle Registration. The website promises, "Pay once forever!!" and claims to offer lawful car registration.

While other Victorian bumpers proclaim the state as "The place to be", UPMART gives members home-made plates bearing the words "HM Elector's Parliament" (HM stands for Her Majesty's).

Transport Minister Peter Batchelor said such schemes were "highly illegal".

"People who participate in these schemes are being ripped off and are subject to severe penalties for driving an unregistered vehicle," he said.

State Labor backbencher Tony Robinson raised concerns about the group in Parliament, saying he had seen an advertisement for the scheme in the newsletter of Box Hill senior citizen's group, National Seniors.

"I am very concerned that the National Seniors organisation and others might be misled by the advertisement," he said.

Peter Olney, 62, an UPMART member and spokesman, displays the group's black-and-white numberplates on his four-wheel-drive and backs the group's fight against what he sees as an unjust licensing and registration system.

Mr Olney, of Mitcham, said UPMART's lifetime registration cost him $500.

He said UPMART members believed the scheme was legal under citizenship rights from the British Bill of Rights, the Australian Constitution and the Road Safety Act.

Mr Olney will appear before the Ringwood Magistrates Court next month to appeal against a $110 fine he received in January for driving a car without legal registration. VicRoads says several people have been fined for displaying the plates and have fought unsuccessful court actions.

"There is no provision for common law vehicle registration in the Road Safety Act," said VicRoads General Manager Geoff Shanks.

Mr Olney said the Road Safety Act did not specify that VicRoads was the only body permitted to offer a registration service and claimed that UPMART was legally allowed to offer Victorians an alternative. He said "dozens" of drivers bore UPMART plates.

Mr Batchelor said VicRoads was the only agency authorised to register vehicles in Victoria. Fines for driving an unregistered vehicle cost up to $500.

The group also claims its scheme allows motorists to avoid paying for tollways.
